10Co4Cr86WC is a high hardness tungsten based coating powder material, which adopts agglomeration sintering process. It is a metal cobalt layer coated on the surface of cast tungsten carbide for protection and bonding, and has excellent resistance to abrasive wear and high-temperature oxidation. Suitable for plasma spraying or supersonic spraying processes. Commonly used in situations where strong wear resistance is required, such as guide plates, shafts, hard sealing surfaces, valve plates and valves, rollers, agitator blades, and other vulnerable parts.
