Product Character：

The hardness of tungsten carbide is extremely high, with a Mohs hardness of 8.5-9, second only to diamond. Tungsten carbide has high wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and is therefore also used to manufacture wear-resistant thermal protective coatings for easily worn tools in the aerospace and precision industries. Cast tungsten carbide powder is a material used for reinforcing the surface of welding oil drilling tools, building materials machinery, grain machinery, and other easily worn parts. It may also be used in welding consumables to instead of part of the tungsten powder to reduce the cost.

The Typical W content is around 95%.

Product Character：The reduction process is divided into (solid carbon reduction) primary reduction and secondary reduction. The primary reduction is the production of sponge iron by solid carbon reduction. The main process of primary reduction is: (iron concentrate, rolled steel scales, etc.) → drying → magnetic separation → crushing → screening → canning → entering the primary reduction furnace → sponge iron. Secondary precision reduction process: Sponge iron → Cleaning → Crushing → Magnetic separation → Secondary reduction furnace → Powder block → Crushing → Magnetic separation → Screening → Grading → Mixing → Packaging → Finished product.
