Jinchun independently developed mechanical milling equipment that uses material self collision impact. For alloys with high hardness, we can produce powders from 80-500 mesh according to customer particle size requirements (such as: FeV, FeMo, FeV, Chromium metal.etc.).

Airflow milling

The airflow pulverization equipment can produce powder particles into 500-2000 mesh size according to the different hardness characteristics of the materials, and control the powder D100, D50, D10 through airflow classification (Such as: High purity Si-Metal, ultrafine FeMo, FeW, etc.).

Atomized powder process

Jinchun has water atomization and vacuum atomization equipment, which can produce various metal and alloy powders ( such as: Ni/Co/Fe-based alloy powders, etc.).
